I prefer to do fixed price billing on a per project basis because if I screw up I don't want to charge you per hour for my mistake.

No. I typically transact in Canadian or US Dollars.

Why is the design of your blog posts so different from this page?
I designed my blog CSS to be optimized for readability. The look and feel I wanted was akin to reading a book.
